We are a Microsoft Gold Partner and operate in compliance with applicable Iowa and federal privacy laws.

• Client account and billing information (company details, billing address, contract records)
• IT environment data collected during managed services delivery (network topology, device inventory, software licensing, security configurations)

• Responding to IT consultation and assessment requests
• Delivering managed IT services, cloud management, and cybersecurity under contract

4. Data Sharing

Client data — including IT environment information collected during managed services — is treated as strictly confidential and governed by our standard Non-Disclosure Agreement. We do not sell client data. Sub-processors (monitoring platforms, PSA tools, cloud vendors) are bound by data processing agreements. We respond to valid legal process and notify clients where permitted by law.

5. Security

Dynamic Growth Path employs the security practices we recommend to clients: data encrypted at rest and in transit, multi-factor authentication on all internal systems, annual security assessments, and role-based access controls. Healthcare client data is handled under BAA and HIPAA-compliant protocols. CMMC Level 2 practices apply to DoD-related client information.

6. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies and Google Analytics for aggregate traffic measurement. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are deployed. Analytics data is anonymized and not linked to individual client records. You may disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting service delivery.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold by emailing info@dynamicgrowthpath.com. Iowa residents have rights under the Iowa Consumer Data Protection Act (effective January 1, 2025). California residents have rights under CCPA. We respond to data subject requests within 30 days.

8. Retention

Contact records are retained for 3 years. Active client records are retained for the contract duration and 5 years thereafter for legal compliance. IT environment data collected under managed services contracts is returned or deleted within 90 days of contract termination per our standard Service Agreement. Financial and billing records are retained for 7 years per IRS requirements.

9. Children

Our services are directed at business operators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13. Education sector clients are responsible for student data compliance (FERPA, COPPA) within their managed environments.

10. Changes

Material changes to this policy will be communicated to active managed service clients by email at least 30 days before taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
